4 years progressive experience under licensed LS

Examinations

  • FS (Fundamentals of Surveying) — required by all states
  • PS (Principles and Practice of Surveying) — required by all states
  • State-specific: Minnesota Land Surveying Exam (MNLS)

Continuing Education

24 PDH per 2-year cycle (includes 2 hrs Professional Ethics)
