Experience

6 years with HS + coursework (up to 1 yr post-secondary offsets); 5 yrs with 60 college hrs; 4 yrs with BS

Examinations

  • FS (Fundamentals of Surveying) — required by all states
  • PS (Principles and Practice of Surveying) — required by all states
  • State-specific: Missouri Specific Examination (Part I and Part II)

Continuing Education

20 PDH per 2-year renewal cycle (min 2 PDH Surveying Standards; max 12 online)
