Delete your account

From inside the app

1. Open Azimuth Prep on your phone.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

What gets deleted

Account deletion permanently removes:

• Your account information (name, email, login credentials).
• Your study progress, including question history, accuracy, and missed-question review.
• Your exam history and completed practice exam scores.
• Your flashcard schedule and any cards you created.

This cannot be undone. If you want a fresh start without losing your account, sign out instead, or use the "Reset progress" option in Settings.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Apple and Google manage subscriptions outside the app, so you have to cancel through the platform that processed your payment before deleting your account:

• App Store: open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions and cancel.
• Google Play: open Play Store → Subscriptions and cancel.
• azimuthprep.com: log in at azimuthprep.com and cancel from your account page.

Can't access the app?

If you can't open the app — lost your phone, deleted it, can't sign in — email contact@azimuthedu.com from the address tied to your account and we'll delete it manually within a few business days.
